Individual interviews with experts from a variety of disciplines to develop a draft map for the future vision
Focus group workshops to refine the service map
All-hands sessions to review findings and ensure alignment
Prioritization sessions to collaboratively develop a roadmap

My team of consultants guided the LCI team through challenging discussions, gathering extensive data to quickly become experts in the field. Using our service design approach, we crafted a vision for the future state, detailing the actions required during each of the 6 key phases of the site standup process. The future state service map served as a definitive reference, documenting the decisions made and ensuring full team alignment as the project progressed.
Once we sorted through the noise to clearly define our vision for the future, we documented what would need to happen to bring that vision to life. Through a series of stakeholder workshops, we built an actionable, prioritized roadmap that highlighted the key steps to happen now, next, and later.
